Invoice OCR reporting in Odoo Spreadsheet: what was read, how well, from which supplier, and — the number that matters most over time — how much of it still needed a paid AI call.
The module used to ship a form view with about twenty computed fields, which could not be pivoted, grouped, or put beside anything else. This pivots the stored documents instead, so OCR volume sits on the same canvas as the bills and the spend it produces.

How the text was obtained - the PDF's own text layer costs nothing; OCR costs CPU and is where accuracy is lost.
Learned versus paid - documents parsed from a learned template against those that needed an AI call. The point of the learning loop is for this to fall, and it should be visible rather than claimed.
By supplier - volume and value per vendor, and which suppliers still extract badly.
Extraction confidence - the distribution, not just the average.
