Adds an LLM extraction pass on top of the traditional Purchase OCR parser - so weak extractions, awkward layouts, and unmatched vendors yield structured fields without manual data entry.
The traditional parser handles standard invoice layouts well; the long tail (handwritten line items, photographed receipts, low-quality scans, unusual layouts) is where AI saves the day. This bridge calls the configured LLM with the raw OCR text and partial extraction when confidence is low, fewer than two lines were parsed, or the vendor is unmatched. Every call is metered and logged for cost auditing.

Installs automatically when both lynx_ocr and lynx_ai_assistant are present. Bridges the OCR engine to the AI service so unusual invoices degrade gracefully instead of dropping into manual entry.
