The public-facing bid portal for Lynx RFP - vendor self-registration, /tenders listing, sealed-bid submission - so issuers run a public procurement program without buying a separate eProcurement platform.
Lynx RFP ships the issuer-side data model but not the public website. This module adds the routes vendors actually use: a public listing of confirmed tenders, sealed-bid submission, vendor self-registration, and a "My bids" portal. Sealed-bid enforcement is built in; bid content stays invisible until the tender's opening date.
