Federated multi-issuer tender marketplace - opt-in Patrii customers publish their tenders on a single public URL so vendors discover RFPs across many issuers and issuers get distribution for free.
Each Lynx RFP installation has its own /tenders portal, but vendors do not visit a hundred different issuer portals to find work. This module turns those individual portals into one federated marketplace: opt-in customers publish across a unified /marketplace listing, vendors subscribe to filters and get email digests of new matching tenders.
