Patrii Cloud Inc. and Patrii Quebec Inc. ("Patrii", "we", "us") operate lynx.patrii.ca and the Lynx ERP/CRM platform.

Data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: account details, billing information, and usage telemetry that helps us improve Lynx.

Where your data is stored

All customer data is stored in Canada. Patrii Cloud's primary region is Montréal. Backups remain inside Canadian data centres.

Your rights

Under Quebec Law 25 and PIPEDA you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. Contact us at lynx@patrii.ca to exercise any of these rights.
