This module adds the compliance framing on top - named programs, group enrollment, due-date mail activities, validity expiry, and a phishing-simulation register so PR.AT controls have signed evidence instead of "we did training somewhere".

Training programs - lynx.training.program links a survey to required groups with a validity period (e.g., 12 months).
Per-user assignments - lynx.training.assignment tracks assigned/in-progress/completed/overdue per user, due date, score, and renewal date.
Group enrollment - one click expands a program to every active user in the selected groups.
Due-date enforcement - mail activities raised on assignees; daily cron flips overdue assignments and notifies managers.
Phishing simulation register - lynx.training.phishing.campaign stores sent/opened/clicked/reported counts and the raw vendor report.
