This module ships a weekly cron that bundles current public statistics with the audit-log chain tip into a canonical JSON document, hashes it with SHA-256, publishes the hash and bundle on /trust/proofs, and links each proof to its predecessor. A procurement team can recompute the hash, walk the chain of weekly proofs, and confirm the tip hashes are monotonically appended - making silent revisionism detectable.
