Lynx Connectors - Datadog

Registers a datadog connector type with the Lynx connector framework and answers the operational read a status page needs: the monitor list with each monitor's overall state (OK, Warn, Alert, No Data), so a component can reflect what Datadog is alerting on right now.

Auth is Datadog's dual-key scheme — an API key and an Application key — supplied as JSON in Credential Secret: {"api_key": "...", "app_key": "..."}. Datadog runs regional tenants, so config_json.site selects EU / US3 / US5 / AP1 / GovCloud; the default is US1.
