Recording is half the story; without a transcript, recordings are write-only. This module adds verbatim transcripts with timestamp-aligned segments so each utterance can be jumped to in the video, plus speaker labels when speaker detection is available. The agenda-to-video timestamp navigation feature in council meetings relies on this output.
