AI-extract required skills from a job description into the Job Position's skill list - so recruiters describe the role in prose and the structured skill requirements appear with one click instead of manual data entry.
Recruiters write job descriptions in prose; the structured skill list on hr.job then has to be filled in by hand to match. This bridge adds a button on the Job Position form that reads the description, proposes required skills, levels, and certifications, and lets the recruiter confirm each suggestion in a wizard before commit - the same per-line confirmation pattern as the resume parser.
