Drop a resume on the applicant kanban and Lynx OCRs it, extracts skills, experience, education, languages, and certifications, and pre-fills the applicant - so recruiters spend their time on candidates instead of typing what the resume already says.
Recruiting suffers from the same data-entry tax as AP: every applicant arrives as a PDF and someone has to retype the structured fields. This module reuses the Lynx OCR engine to parse resumes against the standard Odoo recruitment skill model, with a confirmation wizard before new skills are attached so the catalog stays clean.
