Lynx HR OCR - AI Assist

Adds an LLM extraction pass on top of the heuristic resume parser - so even sparse, oddly-formatted, or non-English resumes yield structured fields and the potential signals downstream ranking needs.

The heuristic parser handles 80% of resumes well; the long tail is where AI helps. This bridge calls the configured LLM with a strict JSON schema when the heuristic comes back sparse or when the ranking module needs the velocity/versatility/learning/achievement/tenure subscores. The merge is additive, not destructive: confident heuristic results are preserved.
