Replaces Odoo's single-number candidate match with a transparent five-component fit score that recruiters trust and candidates can be compared on.
Each hr.applicant gets a weighted blend of skill match, latent potential, years of relevant experience, diploma fit, and team-preference signal — every weight configurable per job. A nightly skill-adjacency graph learns which skills travel together from your confirmed hires, so a candidate who lists "Postgres" but not "MySQL" still scores well for a MySQL role. A "dark horse" column surfaces high-potential candidates who would be invisible on literal skill match alone, and the Talent Constellation viz shows the whole talent pool as an interactive SVG of skills, adjacency edges, and per-job halos.
