Two-way sync between Lynx Housing CRM and Yardi Voyager so a housing authority can keep tenants, units, leases, and work orders aligned between the two systems without copy-paste.
Many housing authorities and property managers have committed to Yardi Voyager as their system of record but want Lynx Helpdesk and Housing CRM for resident-facing service. This connector keeps both honest: housing.unit, housing.lease, res.partner, and helpdesk.ticket records all carry a yardi_*_id external key plus a yardi_sync_date timestamp; a configurable sync queue pushes changes either way through Yardi's REST API. RFP responders should note this satisfies typical "intrinsic integration" requirements (see e.g. Calgary Housing 4.1.2.2) without writing custom middleware.
