Thin glue between lynx_housing_crm and lynx_housing_dashboards. It installs automatically when both are present and defines no model of its own — it carries only the menu entries and views that need both sides to exist.
Key Features
Dashboards in the Housing menu — the KPI board, drill-down and financial dashboards appear under Housing rather than only in their own app.
Reports grouped in one place — occupancy, ticket, financial, ROI and communication reports hang off the shared Reports category the dashboards module owns.
The resident portal — the portal routes and their templates finally live in the same module, so /my home, payments, lease, profile, documents and messages render.
Owner portal — property owners get their ROI dashboard and property list.
Auto-Installation
This module is auto_install. Neither side should have to know about the other: lynx_housing_crm used to declare lynx_housing_dashboards as a hard dependency, which forced the whole housing suite on anyone who only wanted the applicant pipeline. The glue lives here instead, so it appears exactly when both features are installed and never otherwise.
