Lynx Housing CRM - Smart Alerts Bridge
Thin glue between lynx_housing_crm and lynx_housing_survey. It installs automatically when both are present and defines no model of its own — it carries only the menu entries and views that need both sides to exist.

Smart Alerts in the Housing menu — all alerts, my alerts and alert rules become reachable from Housing.
Communication history — communication logs and runs appear under Housing reporting.
Sequence configuration — communication sequences are configured from Housing rather than a separate app.
Auto-Installation
This module is auto_install. Neither side should have to know about the other: lynx_housing_crm used to declare lynx_housing_survey as a hard dependency, which forced the whole housing suite on anyone who only wanted the applicant pipeline. The glue lives here instead, so it appears exactly when both features are installed and never otherwise.
