The mayor or chair runs the meeting in real time: change the active agenda item, call a motion, run a vote, declare quorum. Without an integrated overlay the chair switches between Odoo, the recording software, the voting tool, and the public broadcast. This module collapses council-meeting workflow into the Discuss call interface.
