Most documentation lives in someone's inbox, on a SharePoint nobody opens, or in a Slack thread from 2023. Lynx Knowledge replaces that with a single hierarchy of articles your team can edit together (multi-cursor, OnlyOffice under the hood), tag, favourite, and link to any other Odoo record. Articles carry per-record access — Private, Shared, Internal, or Public with SEO-friendly URLs — and a versioned audit trail so the rollback button is one click away. Bridge modules (helpdesk, CRM, project, sale, etc.) plug articles into the rest of Odoo so the SOP opens next to the work that needs it.

AI assistant integration — lynx_ai_assistant provides draft / summarize / translate actions inside the editor when the blank page is the obstacle.
